 Booking information and policies

• All bed linen and villa towels are provided. Pool or beach towels are not provided.

• We operate a strict no-smoking policy inside the villa

• Check-in: from 4pm on the day of arrival

• Check-out: 10am on the day of departure

• Bookings are not accepted from anyone under the age of 25

• Pets are not allowed unless prior agreement has been given

• Payment terms – 20% to confirm booking, balance payable 4 weeks prior to holiday

• Detailed directions and access information will be sent to you once the booking is fully paid

• Deposits and payments are non-refundable. In the event of you cancel your booking four weeks or less prior to, arrival no refund will be made. Please ensure you have adequate travel insurance in place to cover any losses in the unfortunate event of a cancellation

• A security deposit of €200 must be paid on arrival.

• Security deposits will be returned within 14 days of the end of the holiday less any required deductions for breakages or costs for “exceptional” cleaning

• Safety in and around the villa is the responsibility of the hirer. While we make every effort to ensure the safety and comfort of our guests, the owners or representative of Casa Croí cannot be held liable for any loss, damage or injury arising from the use of our property and/or swimming pool.

• Casa Croí guests must ensure that they have full and proper insurance in place for personal injury and for their goods, belongings and personal effects
